All changes or cancellations to all
orders MUST be made the same day the order is placed.
Salon-Towels.Com, Inc. gladly accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover credit cards for payment. ALL other orders will be shipped
PREPAID. Most credit card orders ship within two business days. Net
30-day terms are available, on a case-by-case basis, on approved credit (OAC)
for high volume customers.
There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.
All overdue balances will be charged 5.5% interest on any unpaid amounts per
month.
Salon-Towels.Com Inc. reserves the right to delay or cancel any shipment
based on credit or payment issues. If a paid order is cancelled in error,
Salon-Towels.Com.Com, Inc. will promptly issue a full refund should the
customer no longer desire the order.
Salon-Towels.Com Inc. is NOT responsible for any delays in processing,
shipping or any other order related problem that is due to any circumstances
related to an “Act of God” (Mother Nature) or any other similar unforeseen
events.
Salon-Towels.Com.Com, Inc. always strives to keep our prices as low as
possible. However, all prices are subject to change without prior notice
following any price increases to Salon-Towels.Com.Com, Inc.
Salon-Towels.Com Inc. ALWAYS provides FREE shipping on every product it
sells within the continental USA. Customers receiving shipments to Alaska
and Hawaii will still receive the FREE standard UPS Ground discounts, but will
still be required to pay the difference between the standard continental USA
shipping rates and all additional premium fees customary to those two
states. Customers must call our offices on all orders shipped to Hawaii
and Alaska to ensure all proper shipping arrangements have been made.
Salon-Towels.Com Inc. is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged
packages once any package has been shipped and left our warehouse. It is
the responsibility of UPS (or any other concerned shipper) to deliver the
package on time and in good condition. If any INSURED package is lost, stolen
or damaged that is under control of UPS (or any other concerned shipper), the
concerned customer MUST notify Salon-Towels.Com.Com, Inc. IMMEDIATELY.
All qualifying INSURED shipments will be eligible for a 100% refund once the
concerned claim has process been approved and paid by UPS (or any other
concerned shipper).
Notification of all freight claims must be made with two (2) business days
after receipt of shipment.
Images on this website do not always necessarily reflect the exact depiction of
a particular product item; they are in some cases provided to give the viewer a
general idea of a particular product, when an exact image is not
available. Salon-Towels.Com.Com, Inc. recommends that if a customer
requires more information on a particular product beyond what is presented on
our website storefront, the customer is encouraged to request samples of any
products in question before they order those items.
It is always the goal of Salon-Towels.Com, Inc. to ensure our customers are
fully informed and satisfied with every order, which is why we have included as
much detailed information as possible on each product. Salon-Towels.Com
Inc. is constantly updating and improving product information on our storefront
as we get it.
All towel products must be washed prior to use.
Return Policy
Salon-Towels.Com.Com, Inc. will gladly exchange any product that meets all of
the following return for exchange requirements/conditions. Salon-Towels.Com,
Inc. does NOT offer refunds:
All returned product MUST be in brand new (unused) condition and in original
packaging.
Exchanges will NOT be approved on all orders of 30 dozen or more.
Customer will be responsible for the shipping charges on all products retuned
on all approved exchanges, including all inbound and outbound shipping charges.
Exchanges are NOT permitted on microfiber towels, 500 shop towels and all bulk
orders.
Customer MUST have requested a product sample on all products where exchanges
are requested.
Salon-Towels.Com Inc. is NOT responsible for and will not approve
exchanges for all products that have been mishandled and/or improperly
processed (washed, dried, ironed or otherwise altered in any fashion from its
brand new, original condition).
NO merchandise will be exchanged without the PRIOR issuance of Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) Number by Salon-Towels.Com.Com, Inc. The customer’s
invoice number and the reason for return MUST be included with all RGA’s.
All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except in cases of
manufacturer’s defect or error). The 15% restocking fees are based on and
the original total order amount (excluding shipping and taxes).
All returned merchandise must be shipped INSURED with freight prepaid at the
customer’s expense. Salon-Towels.Com Inc. will NOT accept “Collect”
shipments.
Shipping charges are NOT refundable, including any additional shipping charges
for any exchanged items.
